To secure your session with SJS Photography, a $150 non-refundable session fee is due upon booking. Your session fee is in addition to your chosen digital collection.

  • Access to client gown closet for mothers & children up to 2T


Your session fee is a separate, non-refundable payment to your digital collection and does not include any images, printed or digital.

These images are taken with a more relaxed approach, no posed images of baby. This session does not include access to any backdrops, wraps, headbands, outfits, or props.

How does the process work?

1. Fill out form


Once you have decided on the session that would best fit your needs or if you have additional questions, fill out my Newborn Booking Form. I will reply back via email as soon as possible to start the booking process.

2. Sign Contract & Pay Retainer


I will send a contract for you to sign and an invoice via email.

3. The Details


Once I see you have signed and paid retainer, I'll send my newborn session guide and questionnaire for you to fill out. This is when we go over all the options, color choices, and details to make your session completely unique to your needs.

4. Once Baby Arrives


Once your little one has made their debut, contact me to set the exact date for your session.

FAQ

How long does it take to get our photos delivered?

Client's private 'proof gallery' will be available within 5 days of your session for viewing and ordering from. Fully edited gallery will be sent within 14 days after the selections have been received.

When should I book my newborn session?

Right now! Getting your due date in my calendar while still pregnant will
guarantee I can give you some available dates within the first two weeks after
baby arrives. Once baby is here, contact me promptly to schedule your exact
date and time for the session.

Should I bring anything?

My studio is fully stocked with wraps, outfits, headbands, sleepy hats, and props. All setups are styled in the colors of your choice, but please let me know if you have any personal or sentimental items you would like to incorporate.
